The Site is operated independently by a CEA-licensed real estate salesperson. It is not the official website of the developer, Tamarind Development Pte. Ltd., or of UOL Group or CapitaLand Development, and is not endorsed by them.
2. Information only — not an offer
Content on the Site is general information about Thomson Reserve based on publicly released material as at the date shown. It does not constitute an offer, invitation, contract, or financial, legal or tax advice. Unit mix, facilities, layouts, timelines and other details are subject to change and to final confirmation by the developer and the relevant authorities. Please rely only on the developer's official sales materials and the sale and purchase documentation, and seek independent professional advice before making any decision.
3. Images and maps
Images are artist's impressions and may not reflect the final development, finishes, landscaping or surroundings. The location map is a schematic, not to scale, and positions are indicative. Views, travel times and proximity to amenities are not guaranteed. Proximity to a school does not guarantee admission.
4. Registrations and viewings
Submitting the registration form is an expression of interest only. It does not reserve a unit, secure a price, or confirm a showflat appointment. Appointments are confirmed separately by the salesperson.
5. Accuracy
We take reasonable care to keep the Site accurate, but we do not warrant that it is complete, current or free of errors. Information may be updated or removed without notice.
6. Intellectual property
Project names, images and materials belong to their respective owners. You may view the Site for personal, non-commercial use. You may not copy, republish or distribute its content without permission.
7. Acceptable use
You agree not to submit false or another person's details, attempt to disrupt the Site, or use automated tools to submit forms.
8. Liability
To the extent permitted by law, the operator is not liable for any loss arising from your use of, or reliance on, the Site. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded under Singapore law.

10. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Singapore, and the Singapore courts have non-exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute.
