This policy explains how personal data submitted through this Thomson Reserve information page (the “Site”) is collected, used, disclosed and protected, with reference to Singapore's Personal Data Protection Act 2012 (“PDPA”).

This Site is not operated by, and is not the official website of, the developer Tamarind Development Pte. Ltd., UOL Group or CapitaLand Development.

1. Personal data we collect

When you submit the registration form, we collect:

• your name;
• your Singapore mobile number;
• your email address;
• your preferred unit type and the information you ask to receive (for example, a showflat appointment or the price list and floor plans); and
• the date and time of your submission.

Please do not submit NRIC numbers, financial account details or other sensitive information through the form; we do not ask for them.

2. How we use your personal data

With your consent, we use your personal data to:

• respond to your enquiry about Thomson Reserve;
• send you project information such as official floor plans and indicative price lists once released by the developer;
• arrange showflat visits you request; and
• contact you by phone call, SMS, WhatsApp or email about Thomson Reserve.

Where your number is registered with Singapore's Do Not Call Registry, we will contact you only on the basis of the clear and unambiguous consent you give through the form.

3. Consent and withdrawal

You give consent by ticking the consent box before submitting the form. You may withdraw consent at any time by writing to the data protection contact above. After receiving your request we will stop contacting you within a reasonable time and inform you of any likely consequences of withdrawal.

4. Disclosure

Your personal data is used by the salesperson named above and may be shared with their real estate agency for record-keeping and compliance. We do not sell your personal data. We may disclose it where required by law or by a public authority.

5. Technology used on this Site

• Fonts, images and the location map are served from this Site's own files. No third-party map, video or social media embed is used.
• This preview has no lead-delivery service connected. When the Site goes live, form submissions will be transmitted to a service configured by the operator, which will be named here.
• No analytics or advertising pixel is configured in this preview. If one is added, it will be named here before it is switched on.
• The pages load a script file (safetyscript.js) from the operator's web hosting account. The operator will describe here any personal data it processes before the Site goes live.

6. Protection and retention

We take reasonable security arrangements to protect personal data in our possession or control against unauthorised access, collection, use, disclosure, copying, modification or disposal. No method of transmission over the internet is completely secure. We keep personal data only for as long as it is needed for the purposes above or for legal or business purposes, and then securely delete or anonymise it.
